    The staff was helpful and friendly, always providing us with recommendations on what to see and do in the area. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we enjoyed spending time in the indoor pool and playground. the location was ideal for us as it was very close to all the touristic sights we wanted to visit.

    Spacious rooms and beautiful building. The rooms were large and clean, providing ample space for relaxation. The building itself was stunning and had modern interiors, creating a visually appealing atmosphere. the views from the pool were absolutely breathtaking.

    Poor service and lack of attention to detail. The staff seemed average at best, with occasional smiles and nothing particularly special.

    From the moment I walked in, this hotel exuded luxury. the grand lobby was met with friendly staff that were eager to help. My room was spacious and elegantly designed with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and private facilities. the Spa & wellness centre was a welcome retreat with a range of therapies and treatments available, including massage, sauna, steam room, and indoor swimming pool.

    One minor issue was the breakfast. While the food selection was adequate and the service was friendly, the quality of the dishes was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's luxurious offerings.

    The view from the room was stunning, we could see the lush greenery and magnificent mountains. It was such an amazing sight to wake up to every morning. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. we appreciated the modern and clean facilities of the hotel, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    The spa did not meet our expectations. the breakfast offerings were not diverse enough, and lacked the variety that we expected for the price we paid.

    Spent new year at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were cozy and decorated nicely for the holiday. the view of the snowy mountains was breathtaking. the best part was the spa services which was very relaxing.

    The food was below average and not worth the price. the breakfast and dinner buffet didn't have many options, and the taste was not exceptional.

    Located in the serene mountains of Lebanon, this luxurious establishment offers a magical experience in a secure area. Our spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms were complemented by the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff. Although breakfast lacked in variety, the Arabic coffee and fresh orange juice were a delight. the pool and Jacuzzi may need a bit more love and care, but the pool area had a relaxing ambiance.
